Double Roller Type Fruit juicer for Lemon

this machine can be use to extracting lemon juice by doubel roller press lemon without to peeling and grading lemon.

1. The machine is mainly composed of frame, reducer, feed hopper, two sets of cutter components, two sets of feed rollers, two sets of press rollers, juice hopper, slag outlet and other components.

2. Its main working principle: turn on the power, pour the material into the feeding hopper, the 1# feeding roller assists the feeding, the 1#2# two sets of blades slice the fruit, and then the 2# feeding roller feeds the fruit into the 1 Press between #2# press rolls (1# press roll can be adjusted up and down by the gap adjustment device, so as to control the amount of fruit juice)

3. The juice and part of the pulp are discharged from the juice hopper, and the skin and slag are discharged from the slag hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of juicing. The equipment is made of stainless steel except for the transmission parts.

Use and maintenance：

1. Tighten all bolts on the machine. Clean the inside and outside of the whole machine and keep it clean.

2. Turn on the power supply of the transmission reducer and check whether the rotation direction of the stirring shaft is correct. And run for 1 minute, after confirming that everything is normal, the continuous production of feeding and discharging materials can be carried out.

3. Uniform feeding, continuous production, after shutdown, be sure to clean the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.

4. Regularly check whether the bearings, gears and sprockets are well lubricated, and add grease regularly.
