1. Grading, feeding and positioning

The shiitake mushrooms are put into the feeding conveyor belt, and after passing through the sorting mechanism, the mushrooms are uniformly placed with the mushroom cover facing up and the mushroom stem hanging down, and then sequentially fall into the special shaped support bowl on the conveyor belt. The support bowl holds the mushroom cover, limits left and right shaking, and ensures that the mushroom stem hangs vertically.

2. Precise cutting

The conveyor belt drives the mushrooms at a constant speed through the cutting station: multiple sets of high-speed circular cutters are installed below the station, and the blade height can be adjusted to control the length of the reserved mushroom stem; The drooping mushroom stem passes through the blade area, and the rotating blade cuts off excess mushroom legs at once.

3. Diversion collection

Cut off mushroom legs: vertically fall to the bottom mushroom leg collection box;

Qualified shiitake mushrooms with a small amount of short stems: continue to move forward with the conveyor belt, and the end baffle/feeding roller will sweep the shiitake mushrooms into the finished product basket;

4. Principle of auxiliary supporting structure

Height adjustment screw: change the up and down position of the cutting blade, adapt to thick and thin mushrooms, and control the length of the handle;

Brush cleaning: Use a brush on the side of the conveyor belt to clean the residue of mushroom shavings in the bowl to prevent jamming;

Adjustable speed motor: Adjust the speed of the conveyor belt, adapt to manual feeding speed, and avoid missed cutting and shear deviation.
