Garlic bulbs Separator machine
The garlic segmenting machine (also known garlic separation machine) is the first specialized equipment in the deep processing of garlic, replacing manual labor to separate whole garlic bulbs into individual cloves. It is used in conjunction with garlic peeling, cleaning, and processing production lines, widely employed in garlic processing plants, garlic powder production lines, pickled garlic workshops, and large-scale garlic farms.
Working principle:Two rubber rollers rotate in opposite directions with a slight speed difference (differential kneading), featuring anti-slip rubber grooves on the surface
The garlic enters between the two rollers and undergoes radial compression;Reverse
differential rotation generates lateral shear forces, causing external forces to tear along the natural interlayer gaps between garlic cloves;The entire head of garlic is evenly crushed, naturally separated into individual cloves, with a soft silicone cushion layer to prevent hard pressure damage to the cloves;Severely adhered clamp valves undergo secondary rubbing through secondary buffer rollers to improve the bisection rate.
