palm jujube core pitting machine
The machine is easy to operate, just pour the red dates into the feeding port to continue the operation. It can produce about 350KG of fresh dates per hour. The denucleation rate is over 99%; the residual nucleus rate is low.
Working principle: The machine adopts electromagnetic vibrating feeder for automatic feeding, turntable feeder automatically feeds the material, and transports it to the punching station with a chain. Under the action of the upper die, the wedge-shaped centralizing die completes automatic axis positioning and clamping. Tightly, the jujube core is punched down by the punching needle, and then the punching needle and the upper die go up and return, and the lower die is separated by the elastic force, and the jujube flesh is loosened. When the chain turns to the blanking position, the blanking is completed.
Regarding the mold customization of the machine: the diameter of the jujube is generally about 30mm, we will customize the mold according to the diameter of the customer's jujube. The commonly used mold sizes are as follows: 20-22mm, 22-24mm, 24-26mm, 26-28.mm.
